The cheat code takes specific parameters. With the "viewmode" command, players can change how the game graphically looks by picking from modes that change the lighting to modes that at a filter over the game. Complete every level and get all bonus objectives and the achievement will pop.
This isn't a huge issue as these are the easiest death wishes. Also you have to complete the community rift levels normally and do their bonus objectives. In these missions you have to actually complete the bonus objectives. Peace and tranquility does not apply to candle missions where you have to do things in non-deathwish levels. Peace and tranquility will give you all 3 stamps (completion of the level & the 2 bonus objectives) for just completing the level.
Bonus objectives are what makes this achievement so hard as it requires you to get through hard bosses with 1 HP in some cases.
The most important thing about peace and tranquility mode though is that it removes bonus objectives. Peace and tranquility mode makes the death wishes much easier as it does things like give you extra time on timed levels or makes bosses easier. This also immediately unlocks peace and tranquillity mode for all the levels the first time you play them. This makes it so you should never die as you can always regain health. Assist mode will give you 8 HP that regenerates when you stand in place for around 5 seconds. If you go in the settings and turn on assist mode this will make the achievement much easier. This achievement could take months to complete normally, however there is a workaround. This is easily the hardest achievement in the whole game. Edit: According to LordMakanki you can keep assist mode on for the community rifts, but you will still need to obtain all pages and crown pons for the stamps.
